I would like to inform you that Kelly did an excellent job in fixing my washer and dryer. I rate customer service 5 and 5 out of 5 to Kelly, because Kelly kept a proper track of everything and use to call me each and every single day to update me. Kelly followed up with this case and made sure that the unit is fixed. I appreciate it.

When I called Technical Support for an explanation of the Equator model # EZ 3710 CEE, which our children bought and installed from a firm here called Rosner, I never knew that their was a human being named Neal, who represented your company and was full of patience and understanding towards all people. He took me through all the operating instructions, with more patience that one can imagine. If the world had more Neal''s perhaps we would live in peace instead of wars. I commend your company to choose a person like Neal to do the job he does with customers.
To-day was my luckly day I met Neal on the phone and wish I could meet him in person.
Thanks again for the explanation on how to use this Washer Dryer Combonation.
